Sanjeev Kumar Founder & C.E.O & Managing Director Mr. Kamal Jeet , has been living in a village since childhood and is connected with the soil. He has been pondering over a project of livestock farming and organic farming for quite a while. Organic farming involves the use of organic fertilizers that are environmentally friendly, unlike the chemical fertilizers that are harmful to the soil and the environment. The project aims to convert barren land to agricultural land, and it will be of help to small and needy farmers. Livestock farming is not only beneficial to farmers but also helps in the improvement of the environment. Livestock can be fed on organic products, and their manure can be used for the growth of crops. Incorporating livestock and crops in the same project will be a profitable venture for farmers, as it will reduce expenses and improve their income. Organic farming is a sustainable and eco-friendly solution to traditional farming. It involves the use of natural methods to cultivate crops and the use of organic fertilizers to improve the health of the soil. By converting barren land to agricultural land, we can utilize the resources effectively, and small and needy farmers can benefit from this project. Starting a business can be a daunting task, especially when money is scarce and resources are limited. But sometimes, all it takes is finding a like-minded partner to turn a dream into a reality. That's what happened with me and Kamal Jeet - two individuals with big ideas and a commitment to making a difference in the world of agriculture. Together, we founded the Matarbhumi Agricultural And Research Foundation, with a focus on supporting small and needy farmers. Our goal was to help convert barren lands into fertile agricultural lands, while promoting organic farming practices and the use of organic fertilizers. We believed that livestock farming could play a key role in sustainable agriculture, and set out to develop programs that would benefit both farmers and their communities. Despite the challenges we faced along the way, our commitment to our cause never wavered. We worked tirelessly to connect with farmers, educate them on best practices, and provide the resources they needed to succeed. Today, we are proud to say that our efforts have helped transform the lives and livelihoods of countless farmers throughout India. Starting a business may not be easy, but with the right mindset and a clear vision, it is possible to achieve great things. We hope that our story will inspire others to take action and make a positive impact in the world.

We are currently working towards promoting the practice of livestock farming in order to help small and needy farmers to convert barren land into agricultural land. Alongside this, we are taking up several projects of organic farming that aim to cultivate medicinal plants which are on the verge of extinction. This is not only beneficial for farmers but also for the environment as we are committed to producing organic fertilizers that will contribute towards a sustainable future. Many small farmers find it difficult to make a livelihood from their land due to a lack of resources and knowledge. Through our efforts in promoting livestock farming and organic agriculture, we aim to empower farmers to implement sustainable practices that can improve their yields and income. By developing organic fertilizers, we seek to provide a chemical-free alternative that does not harm the environment and helps to maintain soil fertility. Moreover, our focus on cultivating endangered medicinal plants provides a significant contribution to preserving the diversity of plant life. The use of naturally grown and processed medicinal plants offers people an alternative to conventional medicine. Our efforts not only aid local farmers but have a broader social impact on health and well-being. Overall, our projects emphasize the value of organic farming and livestock farming. We believe that by promoting sustainable agriculture practices, we can generate economic growth while mitigating the impact on the environment.

Our company's MATARBHUMI AGRICULTURAL AND RESEARCH FOUNDATION mission is to support and promote sustainable farming practices through our association with thousands of farmers. Our focus is not on profits, but on the promotion of livestock and organic farming, as well as providing financial assistance to small and needy farmers. With the use of organic fertilizers, converting barren land to agricultural land becomes a viable option. The benefits of organic farming are numerous, from improving soil fertility and increasing crop yields to reducing the number of harmful toxins in the environment. Thousands of animals come to the fields and destroy the agriculture of the farmers. The reason for this is that we have destroyed their agriculture. They don't have anything to eat. So it is their compulsion. So our aim is to plant many fruit trees in the forests. So that they do not need to come to the farmers' fields.

1- We are committed to work for nature, we want to dedicate the workers from all fields by planting many fruit trees in the forest. For this purpose, we need your help. We have a vision that we should plant fruit trees in jungles only for the sake of animals. Our project name is "Ak Podha Mere Naam Ka" 

2- Our primary objective is to provide comprehensive assistance to farmers, encompassing technical guidance, education and hands-on support in the process of revitalizing barren lands and enhancing soil fertility through sustainable agricultural techniques. We will assist local farmers with not only healthy crops but also help them improve their harvest yields and profits.

3- The organization fervently promotes the widespread adoption of organic farming methodologies, encompassing practices like the utilization of organic fertilizers, crop rotation, composting, and agroforestry, all directed towards augmenting soil vitality and yield potential on previously unused lands.

4- Organization commits to facilitating farmers' access to superior-quality seeds, seedlings, and saplings of appropriate plant species ideally suited for waste land rehabilitation.

5- A significant facet of the organization's work lies in equipping farmers with the requisite training and skill sets pertaining to livestock farming. Through comprehensive training programs, farmers are empowered with knowledge encompassing animal husbandry, breed enhancement, feed management, and veterinary care, thus fortifying their proficiency in livestock production.
